Earl Grey-Infused Gin Cocktail

With this simple recipe, transform your favourite tea into an elegant tea-infused cocktail that conjures up images of laidback sophistication: relaxed tea time in a Parisian garden of blooming roses… We chose our organic, bespoke tea blend – the Mon Amour, a French Earl Grey Tea that has blue cornflowers and Bulgarian rose petals blended with bergamot-scented black tea – for this gin cocktail.


  • 40ml simple syrup
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • 90ml Mon Amour French Earl Grey Tea infused gin
  • 3 ice cubes
  • rose petals


  1. Add 2 tablespoons of Mon Amour French Earl Grey Tea leaves to 250ml of gin and sit for half and hour at room temperature. Filter and set aside.
  2. Combine simple syrup, lemon juice and 90ml of gin together.
  3. Add ice cubes and garnish with rose petals.
