Earl Grey-Infused Gin Cocktail
With this simple recipe, transform your favourite tea into an elegant tea-infused cocktail that conjures up images of laidback sophistication: relaxed tea time in a Parisian garden of blooming roses… We chose our organic, bespoke tea blend – the Mon Amour, a French Earl Grey Tea that has blue cornflowers and Bulgarian rose petals blended with bergamot-scented black tea – for this gin cocktail.
- 40ml simple syrup
- 40ml lemon juice
- 90ml Mon Amour French Earl Grey Tea infused gin
- 3 ice cubes
- rose petals
- Add 2 tablespoons of Mon Amour French Earl Grey Tea leaves to 250ml of gin and sit for half and hour at room temperature. Filter and set aside.
- Combine simple syrup, lemon juice and 90ml of gin together.
- Add ice cubes and garnish with rose petals.
